CPResearch conducts a wide variety of behavioral research to support the development of command performance.
CPResearch uses a combination of behavioral research and educational program evaluation findings to optimally fit instructional designs to learner need and provider readiness.
CPResearch has been involved in educational program evaluation since its founding, investigating ways to conceptualize and measure the adult learning process.
CPResearch was founded in late August, 2005 to create a consulting, research, and development organization that enables outstanding professional performance through an integrated program of Learner Performance Analysis, Organizational Implementation, and Instructional Design. Such an integrated program is essential for any professional development intervention to be well-received, long-lasting, and—most importantly—effective. As educational and training technologies become more advanced and more costly, building instructional design with intensive analysis and scientific research is ever more critical to achieving return on investment.
Values are the engine of an organization, driving success first and foremost through the actions of its employees. CPResearch strives to embody the following values in everything we do.
CPResearch is registered with the U.S. Federal Government’s Central Contractor Registration.
